ABOUT US

UltraMedia Pipeline is dedicated to the proposition that RTIS infrastructure as an essential alternative to the prevailing one-way streaming grid is set to usher in a new generation of ultramedia apps and services across the consumer and commercial markets. We at Dawson-Tanner Communications intend to fill a major information void when it comes to providing the in-depth coverage decision makers need to help guide them in their transitions to capitalizing on opportunities in this new environment.

Our initial lineup of articles, videos, stats and references to third-party insights is representative of the breadth as well as the depth of what we’ll be covering as this new era unfolds. Beyond developments pertaining directly to RTIS, we’re looking at the cutting edges across a wide range of activities involving use of video streaming on the understanding that, whether or not RTIS is immediately involved, what’s happening at the cutting edges has a bearing on how RTIS will be put to use wherever and whenever it comes into play.

Currently you’ll find news and insights involving new directions in media production, AI usage, live sports UX, advertising, content protection, encoding and packaging, quality control, 5G, surveillance, and much else. And coverage touching on many other topics is in the works.

But we don’t want UltraMedia Pipeline just to be about what we have to report. We welcome your comments and will continue to host interviews and contributions that bring information and insights from others into the mix.

If you’d like to stay tuned with notifications about new stories and other content, please add your name to the list using the contact link.
